The Challenge
Kerbside Tyres had been through a number of agencies on Google Ads without ever seeing the returns they were promised. By the time they came to us, the account had three compounding problems: very few online bookings, two separate websites competing against each other for the same campaigns and budget, and landing pages too slow and misaligned to hold a top ad position even when the bid was right.
None of these were quick fixes. They needed an account rebuilt from the structure up, not another round of tweaks on top of the same foundation.

The Approach
One Site, One Budget
Ads pointing at the old, slower site were retired outright. Every campaign was redirected to the ecommerce site only, removing the duplication and cannibalisation that had been splitting performance, and budget, between two properties for no benefit.
High-Ranking Landing Pages
New mobile-optimised landing pages were built specifically for the ad traffic they’d receive, fast-loading and tightly aligned to the ad copy, which is what let the account hold absolute top impression positions rather than just bidding for them.

What This Means for Your Business
An underperforming Ads account rarely fails for one reason, it’s usually structure, budget split across the wrong assets, and a landing experience that undoes good targeting the moment someone clicks. Fix all three together and the account doesn’t just improve, it starts winning positions competitors have held for years.
