After six years as Head of Digital for a large Sussex based digital marketing agency, and over 18 years working in marketing across London and the South East, I’ve reached a point where experience delivers expertise.
I’ve worked across the full spectrum of digital marketing, from fast growth ecommerce startups to established retail and luxury brands, building and scaling performance led marketing strategies that deliver measurable commercial outcomes. My background is rooted in building complex digital ecosystems designed for scalable growth. I specialise in worldwide marketplaces and logistics, SEO, paid media, lead nurturing and e-commerce performance marketing. As my former boss, the Managing Director, once put it, ‘I might not get it, but I know I need it’.

A career built driving growth for global brands and local businesses
Most recently, I led digital services for a 37 person agency, managing a team of six at senior level and overseeing SEO, Web migration and paid media strategy across a portfolio of 80+ clients. During this time, I helped triple the agency’s client base through improved delivery processes, stronger onboarding frameworks, and a clear focus on SEO led website migrations and performance marketing. This contributed to achieving Google Partner status and helped the agency earn recognition as a Sunday Times Best Place to Work (2024 and 2025).
Digital marketing, delivered without agency bloat
My career has always combined hands on technical delivery with leadership. I’ve built and managed global ecommerce operations from the ground up, led multi channel paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads, and Shopping platforms, and worked extensively across Shopify, WordPress, and enterprise marketing analytical stacks.
Earlier in my career, I worked closely with founders and leadership teams in high growth fashion and retail businesses, including international expansion projects across Europe, managing multi million pound advertising budgets and full funnel marketing campaigns spanning SEO, PPC, PR, and brand development.
In 2023, bubblegumsurrey.com was incorporated to support my partner in the promotion and sale of world class dressage horses. By 2026, it has evolved into the home of my expertise. The focus has changed, but the underlying principle remains senior level digital marketing, delivered without agency bloat, noise or unnecessary layers.
