How Bubblegum Surrey got here
Bubblegum Surrey was incorporated in 2023 as Guildford Marketing Lab and relaunched in 2026 under its current name. The decision to build a one senior operator model came from watching the same problem recur across agency life: clients paying senior rates for junior delivery. Bubblegum Surrey fixes the model, not the symptom.
The Tom Marchant bit
Six years as Head of Digital for a large marketing agency. 18 years across London and the South East across ecommerce, retail and luxury brands. Specialism in worldwide marketplaces, SEO, paid media, lead nurture and ecommerce performance. As one former boss put it,
‘I might not get it, but I know I need it’.
The job is to make sure clients get it and need it.
